Fantastic! Awesome! Lot's of comments from people seeing me ride the tricycle. I love the bike. I have not had a car since my husband died. It truly is wonderful having no payments, no insurance premiums, no repairs, and no high gasoline prices to bother me, I just ride right passed the stations and smile at the customers. It is great for going grocery shopping and if I don't feel like shopping, I order online and pick them up myself. The basket on the back is large enough for me to carry at least $100 of groceries and more in it. I make sure they are securely tied down and away I go just cruising along about 15 to 18 m.p.h. The only thing I would like to see on all bikes is turn signals, because it is very difficult to begin to turn while you are riding and steering with just one hand. You can buy them separately from a bike shop, but I live in a small town, and the one here is never open. Please wear a helmet, safety should always be first on your mind. This is also good exercise, I have lost 10 lbs since I have been riding my bike.

My wife and I both have an Evelo bike and I cannot express how great the bikes are. We have these bikes for 5 years and these are amazing e-bikes. My wife has the Omega which is completely automatic and a thrill to ride and mine is a monster mountain bike, the Atlas. We ride these both in the mountains of NC off grid as well as the beaches of FL. The only thing better then these bikes is the amazing customer service, located in Seattle, yes the USA! Great service, great bikes, great warranty! You will not find a better bike out there period.

We love our Evelo Omega bikes! We had a checklist. We really wanted a carbon belt drive, good distance on battery, throttle, and automatic shifting. Also a cruiser style for comfort on longer rides. The Omega checks all the boxes. What really put this bike as our top choice was the customer service they give. Excellent. We highly recommend Evelo! Just recently did the Trail of the Coeur d’ Alene’s and the Hiawatha! (Didn’t need the shuttle back up!)

It has been over 40 years since I have been on a bicycle. Being older and having had a few medical issues over the past 15 years, I decided I wanted an e-bike. Spent almost 2 years researching, looking, and test riding dozens of e-bike brands and models. Early this year, I discovered Evelo and was really impressed with all the features of the Omega. The Omega ticked all the boxes I was looking for in an e-bike. When it went on sale in April, I ordered my Evelo Omega and the second battery with rear rack. A few days after ordering, my bicycle arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy with the included tools and my first ride went well. I have had my Omega for four months now and it has exceeded all my expectations. The Omega is very comfortable and easy to ride. It took a few miles to get used to the Enviolo automatic transmission and now I am spoiled. The belt drive is so smooth and quiet. I would never get another bicycle without the Enviolo automatic hub and Gates belt drive. The mid-drive electric motor has plenty of power and the batteries run for a long time. Most of my rides are on mostly flat areas with a few hills. I almost never have to go past level 2 on the motor assist and the throttle is a great help to get going. Been getting about 120 miles on one charge with the dual battery setup. The Omega is very sturdy and well built. I have had no problems in the first 600 miles of riding. The only thing I didn't like was the saddle that came with the bike. I found a more comfortable seat and all is well. Did I mention Evelo called a month after I got my bicycle? Their customer service is second to none! We talked about the dual battery system and all my questions were answered. I'm so happy to be riding again. Thank you Evelo.

Can you say “great customer service?” Before, during and after the sale. In fact I would have a question on the weekend thinking I would not get an answer till Monday but no they were on it. I got this E-bike because it was hard to find one for short people! Don’t laugh! Seriously, it has all the specs I was looking for like a thumb throttle, hill climbing beast, great battery life, easy to care for, and pretty. I love it and already have over 100 miles on it and only just bought this past April of 2023. Evelo is a great company to buy from. It’s not cheap because it’s built to last and to keep me the rider as safe as possible and that is very important to me at 68.

If you're looking for the perfect e-bike, you can stop your search now! Evelo is as good as it gets. From the easy, enjoyable ride to the outstanding (USA-based) customer support - Evelo is just ahead of the rest. I am the proud owner of their Omega, which I ride daily in place of a car. The automatiq shifting system and belt-drive with a mid-drive motor hub are features that you just can't find elsewhere, at least not this good and at a reasonable price! I actually work at a local bike shop, where I have the privilege of trying out many brands and types of e-bikes... and after riding any of the competition, I'm always eager to get back on my Evelo because the ride just can't be beat.

My experience with Evelo Bikes was beyond expectations!! It started with my very first email that was answered within a few hours and the the subsequent emails that followed. My Atlas finally arrived, I put it together and it blew my mind. This is an extremely comfortable, powerful and well-built bike and after all my research, I know it is one the best on the market. I would highly recommend Evelo bikes for anyone the is serious about having a quality product and amazing customer service.
